SHIPPING POLICY

We want the experience of receiving your April Bloom Home order to feel as calm and considered as the products themselves. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and trusted fulfillment partners, so your order stays close to home and arrives quickly.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times After processing, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any current free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking your order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out at hello@aprilbloomhome.com and we'll be glad to help.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or damaged packages If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@aprilbloomhome.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
