REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
A calm, no-stress return process.
We design our products to earn a lasting place in your home. If something isn't right, returning it should feel just as easy as everything else.
30-day returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
How to start a return Email us at hello@aprilbloomhome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with simple step-by-step instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization can't be processed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping and send a prepaid label.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aprilbloomhome.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Items purchased elsewhere This policy applies to purchases made directly through AprilBloomHome.com. For April Bloom Home products purchased through Amazon or another authorized retailer, please follow that retailer's return process.
