About the products

What makes April Bloom Home different? We design cleaning tools to be functional, comfortable, and quietly beautiful — so caring for your home feels less like a chore and more like a calm part of your day. Thoughtful design is at the heart of everything we make.

Is the spin mop safe for hardwood floors? Yes. Our spin mop uses a concave-center disc that keeps the spin gentle and even, making it suitable for hardwood, tile, and delicate finishes. As with any floor product, we recommend wringing well and following your flooring manufacturer's care guidance.

How does the dual-bucket system work? The two buckets keep your clean and rinse water separate, so you're always mopping with cleaner water — better results with less effort. The buckets are used side by side and nest compactly for easy storage.

Is the handle adjustable? The ergonomic pole is designed at a comfortable full length (around 152 cm) so you can clean standing upright, without hunching or bending.

Ordering & shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States, fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse so orders arrive quickly.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days, contact us at hello@aprilbloomhome.com.

Returns & support

What is your return policy? You may return most items within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Just email us at hello@aprilbloomhome.com to start a return — full details are on our Refund & Returns page.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry about that. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aprilbloomhome.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
